“The tile quality is okay, however, the delivery arrangement is horrible, I ordered it on 3 Mar 2025, I got it on 12 March 2025, Tile Mountain changed the delivery date twice, superb embarrassing I therefore called the professional tiler appointment twice, I am afraid lest I would say NOT recommend, unless you have plenty of time, SORRY about that but I have to tell the truth.
Delivery-wise, one tile is broken, I didn’t give any call, just let it be, give up.”

We always advise customers to notify us of any problems as soon as they become apparent, and not to install anything that they are unhappy with, so that we can rectify the issue as swiftly and efficiently as possible. We are unable to see that we have been made aware of this issue until now, but do still want to do what we can to assist.
