“The tiles ordered were of really good quality, I needed them for an urgent job, the sales person got them delivered to me the next day, there were some damaged tiles in the box but I was given a 50% refund on the damages even though I used them for cuts.
All round good quality product and service.”
“POORLY DESCRIBED as white tiles. I ordered white metro 300x100 tiles. They came quickly but I didn't realise i would get COOL TIPEX WHITE tiles. It was expensive to send them back, and my tiler was booked so I went ahead and used them. I am so Disappointed. They should have been described correctly. I needed soft, chalky white.”
