“Builder told me that we didn't have nought of this particular tile to finish our feature wall in the bathroom. He found another box amongst the other tiles so then had to cancel. The girl at Tile Mountain cancelled and refunded the order almost instantly. Fantastic. Would definitely recommend and use again when I need tiles.”
“I ordered 50 tiles but about one third of them had chips in and were unusable. As a result I had to order another 20 to finish my tiling and pay ANOTHER £25 for delivery.
Admittedly these tiles were cheap and are good quality (when not damaged), but surely they should be checked for quality before packing etc.”
“I recently bought 90 tiles (10xpacks). I ordered these early for a bathroom refit. The tiles arrived by next day delivery which was faultless. They arrived mounted onto a pallet and shrink wrapped. I placed the pack safely until I was ready to use them, which was a couple of weeks later.
I unwarpped the plastic sheeting m broke into the 1st box to find the top tile broken/snapped in the corner, and all boxes had the same issue so I lost 10 tiles! The fault is due the tiles having a waxy substance on the underside which when stacked onto the pallet or prior causes the damage.
I didn't check the tiles on delivery because they were so well wrapped and I took in good faith all would be fine! So make sure you check every tile on delivery.
On a positive note the tiles look awesome when up.
