“I’m delighted with the tiles and the excellent service. Despite some of the tiles arriving in a broken state which I think was down to poor packaging but may have been due to heavy handling by the courier. I was immediately offered either replacements or a 50% refund. So no complaints there.”
“We’re really enjoying the tiles. They look great! The only thing is that about 5 tiles turned up cracked in the box. This was okay for us as we used them for the ones we had to cut anyway but might have been annoying if we’d needed them to be perfect. Otherwise amazing and love love love them!”
