“Tile Mountain shipped 2 different batches of tiles on the same pallet: we didnt realise until we had laid half the floor. The tiles are different sizes- up to 15mm difference in size
We had to rip up and start again. No compensation given, no apology. Terrible customer service: Grant the customer service supervisor was unempathetic and unhelpful
