For floors sou need to set out the centre of the room with walking space and let that dry for 24 hours before you can continue. Then you can complete the room the following day.
I have to say that I invariably lay tiles in problem areas, and it takes me a little longer than most to complete the job. This is where the slow setting adhesive comes in handy. With the rapid setting I find that I waste too much, because I am simply not laying the tiles fast enough and the adhesive is setting before I can use it all. The slower setting adhesive is far, far easier if you are a bit slow like me. It remains workable pretty much all day, so you can happily just add more if you need more, without having to throw away the stuff you mixed earlier. All in all I use a LOT less adhesive when I use the slower setting. It's also much easier to clean the tools too.
When it dries it is extremely hard indeed and seems to adhere to almost anything. In all an excellent product, albeit a little more expensive than others.”
