“The tiles were delivered promptly and securely & neatly well wrapped & they fitted well in my garage for storage. I had a quick look for possible breakages etc & all was fine.
A week later the tiler started works, but with the first two boxes the vertical & horizontal cut grooves were out of alignment! No matter which way the tile was placed. Work quickly halted. A lot of back & forth with phone calls, photo taking, emails etc followed. Tile Mountain said it was OK to open all the other boxes to check on this same problem. It appeared that strangely, despite being from the same batch, the first two boxes only were faulty. Work continued, but we 'lost' 3-4 hours progress which threw out the tiler, and has dragged out the bathroom programme.
Lesson learnt, literally check EVERY single tile re alignment and pattern BEFORE the tiler starts work etc.
Tile Mountain were excellent in their response to this problem, re phone calls and emails. By 8.30am the following morning I had replacement boxes delivered. These were good.

“Both tiles are excellent and have been professionally applied by our tiler, however, as we came to the bottom of the pallet of tiles we found a box of the delft tiles with 6 of the 7 tiles were broken. As a result we have 4 tiles short of finishing the job as we would want it. I do not know how to proceed I hope you would be able to help?”
“Excellent tiles and service, samples arrived very quickly. We went for a different design (also from tile mountain) due to changing colour scheme. Also we were not fond of the additional grove in the tiles. But I would be more than happy to order tiles from this business again. Much cheaper than from main shop suppliers.”
