“The product is waiting to be fitted but the delivery man went more than the extra mile to deliver in a large lorry, when they should have sent a small vehicle, or delivered in two loads. I had given details of the restricted access but this had been ignored by the delivery company. I can't praise the driver, and all other delivery drivers enough. He made sure the tiles were deposited at a manageable point, despite having to negotiate parked cars and narrow spaces. He didn't give up when he would have been justified to do so. I am so grateful for his wonderful attitude and help.”
