“Although I have not used your tiles due to the quality of what I received, I will still give a 4 star review for the following reason.
My tiles arrived 6 weeks ago in anticipation of my new bathroom being installed, it wasn't until the tiler came to use them that he said he didn't want to use them due to some of the tiles being warped. I made a call on 02/06 to report the issue and then was contacted back within hours, after providing some sample pictures I was told I could have a refund with no problems by a very helpful person on the phone. On 04/06 the courier came to collect the tiles, so I am now just awaiting my refund. The 4 star was given as even though the tiles were not usable, the service was good, which for me goes a long way.
I am not going to submit my photos as the review email requests (for obvious reasons), however, I do still hope I am in a chance to get a £20 Amazon voucher :)”
“Nice tiles however needed four as replacements due to flood in bathroom. When tiler opened them four where chipped. Contacted customer services but was told I needed to inform them they were chipped 48 hours following delivery. So I had to buy more at my expense. Not really very good customer service considering I’d spent hundreds of pounds with the company when I’d had my bathroom originally done the year before.”

“I found the whole experience from start to finish second to none. The sales staff were knowledgeable and wanting to help and assist with nothing being to much trouble. This was then followed through with the great delivery.”
