“Put these tiles in our ensuite shower with a charcoal grout and they look stunning. I ordered adhesive but our tiler doesn't like working with quick drying adhesive and it had been more than 28days since I bought the 3 bags. After ringing customer services they very kindly agreed a return if I paid postage. All in all an easy, pleasant experience and high quality tiles.”

Unfortunately we realised they were not going to work with our project and were delighted Tile Mountain agreed to take them back for a full refund including the delivery charge and picking them up at their expense.
