“These tiles are really good quality and look absolutely stunning!
The customer service and refund policy however was shocking from Tile Mountain. I had originally over ordered so emailed to change order, I received short email responses which basically told me that I could not amend my order or return any tiles even though I had not yet recieved the delivery! This would of resulted in a loss of £1500. I had accidentally saved the tile amount twice in checkout.
I called the Liverpool store who was really helpful and was able to cancel the order and process a new order, at a cost of £40 to myself. At this point the tiles had still not been even loaded onto the lorry, but this was their policy.
I'm not sure if I would use this company again as you can not return any surplus tiles left over so I still have about £100 worth of tiles I can't return.”
“Absolutely beautiful tiles. Saved around 1500 quid from ordering through tile mountain compared to high street equivalent store! They need lots of adhesive but well worth it.”
“The items (2 very large floor tiles) were delivered well packaged. I was trying to match some tiles but unfortunately for me, the sample did not show the tile was more creamy in colour than the original. Apart from that, the cost of delivery was well worth the care taken in packaging the tiles.”
