“Having used tile mountain previously I knew there wouldn't be any problem , I ordered the evolution tiles for floor and walls in my bathroom however I had under estimated how many tiles I required and ordered another 10 tiles, when ordering the salesman asked for the batch and shade number to match the tiles from my first order and the additional tiles were delivered in two days , the tiler said when laying and hanging tiles of this size they were usually warped and twisted from insufficient storage, however these were the best large tiles he'd used , im absolutely delighted with the finished article and would recommend tile Mountain for all tiling jobs .”
“I was not happy, as I paid nearly £60 for sample tiles and didn’t receive over half the order. 2 large tiles and 2 tiny little tiles were delivered on a palette.
When I phoned the man was very nice, but have not received an answer or refund.
Thank you
Gwenan”
