“Hello, Thank you for the chance to comment. The 2mm spacers I bought are unfortunately unsuitable for the Murella brick tiles to get the ‘brick' look. These 2mm spacers are too small and I have had to buy 4mm to replace them. So, although the sales person was really trying to be helpful, she advised me wrongly when I asked what spacers were normally required with the Murella tiles I was ordering. She told 2mm was normal, however, my builder said this was entirely unsuitable for the Murella brick tiles. The sales person was helpful but this was the wrong advice.. perhaps understandably since there are many kinds of brick tiles but I had specified the tile the spacers were being used with and ordered 14 m2 of these tiles at the same time. Please is it possible to return the spacers? They have not been opened? I will be happy to send a photo of the brick tiled walls around my kitchen when this is tiled. Due to a delay in the kitchen installation ( although I took every possible precaution to avoid this) my project has been delayed and the tiling cannot be done till after the installation of the said kitchen. Please,,,, never order a kitchen from IKEA .. nightmare .. this kitchen was ordered in November 2017 and installation will not be completed till August 2018. Thank you, Maggie Casey”
