“Stunning tiles, really great look. Only issue was delivery as we had to send them back twice as broken. Suggest that you insist on pallet delivery. Very swift customer services though.”
“Extremely disappointed in the tiles. Out of 50 tiles, 37 were damaged. Another 37 were sent out and half of these were damaged. After paying for £24.99 in delivery for a £50 order you’d expect it to be better. Offered to replace or refund 50% of the tiles and I asked for my delivery fee back. Won’t be using them again and they held up our project due to poor product handling. Would not recommend at all.”
