Great service from beginning to end. Visted the branch in Birmingham, great customer service and range of tiles at good prices. I Had visited other popular tile places such as Tile Choice. But the range was much better, noticeably better at Tile Mountain.
First time I used Tile Mountain no problems from ordering initial samples to delivery of main order. One tip is to ensure you order the right amount of tiles. As tiles can only be delivered and not collected, you don't want to paying again for delivery. Also ensure somone is at home to collect/sign for the delivery.
Overall great service and would purchase again from Tile Mountain without hesitation.”

“We love the tiles and they look great in our new kitchen. Would have liked more time to check our tiles. We had received one tile which was broken on delivery and when I emailed to let the company know, I was given 5 days to let you know if there were any more. Our tiler was delayed and wasn’t expected till after this deadline. We had so many tiles in heavy packs of three which I couldn’t physically check so had a nervous wait to see if any more were damaged with the prospect of having to pay for them as it was beyond the deadline. In the end I did have some extra days but not enough for the tiler to have opened all the packs. Luckily all the rest were fine and I received free of charge my one replacement tile. On the whole I had a good experience with Tile Mountain apart from the above. I would recommend Tile Mountain to others (in fact I already have!)”
“I only used these on the floor. They look lovely and really compliment the tiles on the wall. There is a slight shimmer to these but you really can’t notice it maybe when they are on the wall it’s more obvious.”
