We apologise you are unhappy with the colouring of the tile. We always recommend a sample to ensure you are happy with the tiles prior to placing a full order. If you would like to discuss this further with our customer service team please contact us.
“Brilliant tiles, tiler remarked on how strong they are, however we did have 2 boxes delivered with broken tiles but these where replaced free of charge thanks to the great customer service. Just make sure you have time to check them on the day they arrive and someone to help as these are heavy.”
