The complete order of tiles was delivered damaged,however Tile Mountain denied any of my claims even after providing pictures of damage, mentioning that the claim was made beyond window of 5 days (when i opened the boxes)
I would NOT recommend purchasing tiles from Tiles Mountain even though it seems cheaper, as there are very high chances to get damaged tiles and lose money”
“The tiles look beautiful, and have natural tones throughout, they are non slip and are compatible with underfloor heating. The only reason why I haven't scored a 5 is because about 5% of my order was broken upon arrival, they are very brittle prior to laying, once laid they set rock hard. I think it would be better if they put less into a packet as they are also very heavy. I would definitely recommend but would advise you order a lot to make sure you have enough due to their fragility during transport.”
