“Beautiful tiles - I can't recommend these enough. They're incredible quality and made to last. Our tiler had a very tough time cutting them but that could be due to the freezing weather.
The delivery was so easy and even put further down our drive despite them being just kerbside delivery.
Our only issue is that when we took the packages off the pallet we unloaded them in a safe space so the tiler could access them. Only when he unpackaged the tiles did he find two tiles completely shattered. Tile Mountain's policy needs a photo of the broken tiles on the pallet which we don't have. Very frustrating to not be able to use two tiles and no chance of refund but it can't be helped.
Apart from that if you are considering these, get them!!!”
