“Like the title suggests the tiles I bought look fantastic in my bathroom and I’m really pleased with them. Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the delivery. I’ve placed two different orders with delivery being sub contracted to pallex twice. Twice pallex have lost my order! I can’t actually understand how this happens but it does. After phoning tile mounting everything gets resolved very quickly and the staff dealing with my complaints have been excellent. But I can’t help thinking they should use a different delivery company as not only did they loose both deliveries they also charge a small fortune to deliver to Scotland! This really bugs the life out of me.
Anyway tile mountain, staff and product is great. Delivery company, Pallex not so much”
“We are very happy with these tiles, as was our bathroom fitter, though he said they could be hard to cut! On the positive side, he thought they would never scratch!
They achieve the modern, slightly industrial look we were looking for, but also remind us of the sea and are quite relaxing. We would definitely recommend them, particularly at this price.”

“Very happy with my order from Tile Mountain. Service from sample stage through to complete order was excellent. I ordered full tiles to check the pattern and finish against other items. As others have said, these tiles need to be stacked one on top of the other, and not laid brick style. This was fine by us. Price is excellent. This is a nicely strong porcelain tile of a good size and an interesting colour, which is not too 'cool' in a room with little natural light. We coordinated it with the charcoal version of the same tile for the floor, in 60 x 60 size. We had a superb tiler, and the finished result is fantastic. Only quibble is the fact that TM recommended super rapid adhesive, which was a bit too rapid for our tiler. We ended up buying a slower adhesive locally to give him the adjustment time that he wanted. Overall a great result, and we are tempted to buy more of the same tiles now for our next bathroom.”
