“Perfect service and communications. I had an issue with a few tiles that were chipped on the edges, but realised that I’d bought the very last of the batch. Tile mountain offered a discount on reviewing the photos without question. Delivery was exactly as described. I would definitely recommend Tile Mountain to anyone. 5 stars all the way”
“The tiles arrived in perfect condition none were damaged. The textured finish stops the tiles from being slippery when wet. The look was just what I was hoping for and fits in well with the house. We went for 2 colours to give some contrast. Perfect selection.”
“The slabs do not look anything like the photo. They are are very pale grey. Poor service delivery was cancelled three times three days in a row but no one thought to email or call to inform me delivery was cancelled so had someone waiting. Only after continuous calling to tile mountain in the late afternoon and then at 6 did I get ‘looks like it’s not going to arrive from customer service…..’ to avoid this waiting and disorganised arranging i asked for the delivery service number but tile mountain wouldn’t allow this. Eventually managed to get hold of the name of the delivery company directly and contacted them on the third day was delivered in the afternoon. So was poor organisation of tile mountain that led to all the issues
I did explain I’m happy to wait and it’s best and be honest and say ‘can’t deliver’ and arrange a day that is convenient rather than say they can deliver and not deliver. There was no apology. Because tile mountain promised delivery on the second and third day I had arranged builders ,one day was a Saturday, so lots of waiting and annoyed builders which added unnecessary cost.
Customer service were friendly but totally clueless . In the end the whole things was a lot more expensive than should have been”
