“Sent wrong tiles! I ordered grey and they sent Ivory. Then tried to tell me that the manufacturer called them Ivory but they called them grey. Couldn’t make it up. Also wanted me to pay and send them back. They eventually said, as a courtesy they’d pick them up. You couldn’t make it up. Defo not using again.”

I wanted a light grey wall tile, I knew I did not want a shiny wall tile I really prefer a Matt finish, I’m also not fond of a marble patterned type look.
This product ticked all the boxes. The colour is just what I wanted not too light not too dark, the variation in shade across the tile gives it a nice textured look with being too much :-)

“Was cery grateful that the person I spoke to was doing her best in order to get the delivery out to me asap as she knew It was quiter urgent that I needed them. Alongside this even though there was a delay I was kept in the loop completely in regards to recieving the tiles and adhesive and even refunded for the delivery charge for any inconvenience caused. Have ordered before and will always recommend this place because of the great customer service. Only thing that I would ask for improvement on is the tiles being left on the side as it was quite difficult to bring in but again I understand due to this pandemic several precautions need to be taken for safety.”
“We’re really pleased with these they are a nice light shade with enough variation to give the walls a natural feel. For the ppm they are excellent, and allowed us to splash out on some feature tiles for the floor and bath.
We have them set brick-banded and the odd tile is slightly curved which gives a tiny lip at the edge. If you want something COMPLETELY flat then might be best looking at others.”
