“The tiles themselves are lovely. However they weren’t packed or shipped with care as 10 of the 69 tiles were broken. As we hadn’t checked them within 48 hours of delivery (they were sat on the pallet awaiting the tiler) then we had to buy replacements.”
I am sorry to see that you received some damage to your order.
We ask that customers check their orders over within 48 hours of delivery so that we can make any necessary claims with our courier, but, more importantly, so that we can issue any replacements needed from the same batch. In this instance, as you were a few months outside of this timeframe, we did ask that the cost of the tiles be covered, and are glad to see that we were able to source the same batch for you.
We never want to leave our customers feeling that they have had a bad experience with us, and hope to have the opportunity to prove this in the future.

“Looks great but the edges have varying depths so the lines on the walls of grout aren't perfect. But I believe that's a common fault with large tile.
Also a few arrived damaged but were replaced quickly with no fuss”
