“Im a return customer. i'm always amazed by their customer service and speedy delivery, and even the driver is very polite. This time, I ordered 13 pieces of tiles for the porch area, the tile thickness is 5mm, which Ive been searching in the market and seems hard to find a nice-looking one along this specification. Im hesitated about the tiles' colour contrast and complex pattern while tiles placement. after completion, it looks okay but I personality prefer more plain pattern.”

“These tiles were a last minute substitute from Tile Mountain as their warehouse had incorrectly advertised my original tiles which were due to be delivered. Initially these tiles looked like a good substitute but after laying them you can’t mop them or use any form of material on them as the surface is extremely rough - they are advertised as indoor and outdoor tiles but really outdoor use only ! We now have to source a sealer that will seal the floor and allow us to clean the floor- nightmare in a kitchen setting.
Delivery driver was amazing considering the tiles were thrown on a broken pallet and cling wrapped - not a professional job! Very poor from warehouse staff.”

“These tiles are beautiful I cannot wait to see them down outdoors fantastic quality, great price compared to so many others .
Delivered as always on time every time this was our third order from Tile Mountain we’ve previously done 2 bathrooms with their Tiles Pronto Grey they look amazing 👌. On our third order for the outdoor tiles about 4 were damaged but they replaced in an instant no question and very quick.
Would recommend Tile Mountain to anyone and we would not shop anywhere else for tiles in the the future.”
