“The quality of the tiles were great and there were no broken tiles at all in the 100sqm we ordered! We love the look of them and they have really brightened up the space. Fantastic quality especially for the price.
We did have an issue with the original delivery due to the warehouse packing the pallets too heavy so the small van we requested couldn’t take the pallet weight, so delivery got pushed back, but the customer service team pulled out all the stops to ensure we got our order in time for the tiler to start. Delivery guys were amazing. Fantastic service despite the original issue. Would definitely use Tile mountain again for our next project.”
“Not only do they look good but the tiler laying them commented on what good quality they are. The edges are glazed which is unusual (there`s a term for that but I forget). They are all arrowed to lay a certain way so they flow perfectly. They are exactly as described, loved the free sample first off to ensure we got the right ones. Lovely and shiny, nice and white not cream”

I would like to apologise you received damaged tiles on your order. We ask that any damaged tiles are reported within 48hrs of your delivery and we would be happy to issue a replacement order or a refund.
