“There were no tiles that we loked in stock at the store in nottingham. We were told if we ordered them online and we didnt like them we could return them to the shop for a refund. We ordered some online and when they arrived we didnt like the look. I rang the shop and they told us we had to go via customer services who then told us we couldn't return them to the shop we had to arrange our own courier to return them to Stoke on Trent.”
