“These tiles look really good now that the job is complete, unfortunately it was only when my tiler got to the last 2 boxes that we discovered that the codes where different and therefore there was a slight difference in shade. You could say I should have checked them when they where delivered but due to the weight of these boxes it was not practical for me to lift each one. Was then promised that I would have the 2 boxes replaced on an A.M. delivery the following day, unfortunately they did not arrive until 2.30pm so my tiler was idle for most of the day for which I had to pay him. I was not contacted by the courier at any stage until 1.45pm after contacting customer service. Great product and price but picking in the warehouse and delivery needs to improve.”
“The tiles are good and 120 were delivered without breakage. Only thing to watch is the significant difference in appearance between laying flat and vertically. Flat, they look as described, vanilla, beige but vertically they are much greyer in appearance.”
