Thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry the tiles vary slightly in size and that aligning them to achieve a straight look has been difficult for you.
These tiles are not rectified - which means that they have been sized before firing, but have not been trimmed afterwards. During the baking process, the tiles can expand/contract as moisture is removed, and some tiles are trimmed after firing to achieve an exact size within a batch. Unrectified tiles can, therefore, vary slightly by a few mms within a batch. This has to be within a strict industry tolerance, and can be remedied by using a grout joint of 3mm or more.

“The tiles look good down. The tiler has used a grout similar colour to the tile not to highlight any discrepancies. But, although they are all from the same batch, they are however NOT all square 2- 3mm out in some instances. The Tiler had a nightmare fitting them.”
