With these tiles, as they are porcelain, we would advise a wet wheel cutter with a diamond tip blade. I am sorry you experienced issues trying to cut these tiles.

“These look way better in real life. I was in doubt initially as the sample did not do it much justice but it matched the colour theme I was going for. Once I placed the order and I started to have second thoughts. I called the customer service line who was very helpful and I asked them some more information about the tile such as could it be used in a wet room?
Anyway to cut the long story short, I didn’t change my mind and boy oh boy am I glad I didn’t. I LOVE these tiles. They look expensive yet are so affordable and they are even better than an expensive tile sample I received from a major high street store.”
