“The sample received was a slightly light beige/sand tone as shown in picture and variance was expected but still in keeping with the project. Tiles that arrived are completely grey and concrete like with large flecks of dark grey black in them. Too late in my project to fuss around sending back but definitely not as described.”
We are sorry that you are unhappy with the tiles that you have received. Tiles are produced in batches and can vary from batch to batch in terms of shade, calibration, etc. However, should you wish for us to investigate this further please do get in touch with our customer service team.
