“Taking legal advice was sent a different tile I now have a kitchen floor in 2 different tiles. After repeatedly being told by your dept they were correct. Only when we travelled a 3.5 hr journey to collect more was it confirmed the 25 tiles you sent were dark grey porcelain as that was an the receipt given. So no one listened to me even your marketing team told me I had the correct tiles just a shade difference. However I have evidence that the tiles sent were not the ones order. A formal complaint with legal guidance is being drafted. Annette Cox”
