“Watch out for this supplier. We purchased flooring at full price and three weeks later when the floor was laid required 3 more planks so ordered another box. Website did not say the item was out of stock but an email was received saying the product was discontinued. Basically we were sold discontinued stock at full price and not made aware of the situation. Wouldn't have been a problem if we'd known at the beginning. Now we are out of pocket and cannot finish the floor. We've asked for their help and been told that basically its not their problem.”
We are very sorry if you were not aware that the product was discontinued when making your order. The product ordered was listed within our clearance range and we do strongly advise ordering a little extra for wastage to ensure you do not run short of your project. Unfortunately, as the product has been discontinued by the manufacturer, it is not possible to obtain more stock we are sorry.

“These have given our lounge and dining rooms a total glow-up! Our fitter knocked out two large rooms and a small kitchen in only two days with no issues. The only thing I would advise is to prep all your furniture legs in advance with protectors (felt pads are cheap as chips on Amazon) - we have a few scuffs / scratches from shifting furniture back in place. Fortunately with the nature of the grain these are not very noticeable. Very impressed with the service, speed and price at Tile Mountain.”
“I was not quite sure what to expect but am extremely happy with the product. The service was OK. The packages were a little damaged in transit but the product is fine inside. The delivery really is kerbside so if you are old or frail you will need someone to help take them through the door (and the driver was really quite unfriendly). That said I have given it 5 stars as the flooring is really going to look great in my room”
