“The tiles look decent quality though not yet installed but delivery was appalling, left out with the property on public road, refusing to move them inside the drive. Only 5 metres of tiles. The next day 21 metres of tiles delivered by b and q up the drive, past the house directly to the garage. Choose carefully who you purchase from. Quality the same, customer service from tile mountain poor.”

We employ a third-party courier to make our deliveries who currently offer a kerbside only service, the courier is not insured to make the delivery past kerbside, therefore, would be unable to leave on a drive. We do try to notify all our customers of this service by advertising on our website and on the checkout page. If you would like to discuss this further with a member of the team please contact us.

“Can't review the tiles as they still haven't turned up. But I can review the company - awful. I would not recommend to anyone. We have spent £1,000 on an order of tiles which still haven't turned up almost 2 weeks later. Daily phone calls, daily promises that the tiles will be with us by the end of the day and still waiting.”
