We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with our damage claim policy, and for the damages received.
We offer replacements for damaged items, or a 50% refund for their cost if the tiles are going to be used as cuts.
We are unable to find any communications with you regarding this; however, if you wanted to give us a call on 01782 223822 or email us at customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk, we would be happy to look into this further with you.
“Due to delays fitting bathroom, could only do a quick check & not make a full proper inspection of tiles within the 5 day period for notifying damages. However as tiling has commenced, unfortunately it is apparent a number of tiles are damaged.”
We apologise for the damage you have received, We employ a third-party courier to make our deliveries and expect them to take care. We do ask that the tiles are reported in the period stated so the necessary claims can be made. If you would like to discuss this further with a member of the team please contact us.
We do try to provide an accurate representation of the tile when we provide samples. However, on tiles where the pattern is quite sparse, we cannot always guarantee a full pattern on the sample that is provided. We do offer a full-size sample on this tile which also comes with free shipping. This would show all of the patterns on the tile.
“Delivery booked. Tilers booked. Nothing arrived and no one contacted me. Spent the next several days calling to complain, being told it was the delivery firm's fault, being promised calls back which did not happen, being given new dates when again nothing arrived. All the time I had tilers waiting to do the work. A terrible way to run a business
The tiles are great but can be purchased from many other places. I will go somewhere else in future where they understand the importance of logistics and customer satisfaction.”
“Sadly ordered from tile mountain, on the day I paid for delivery they called to tell me no tiles, switched to new tiles, 2 weeks later not delivered. Still waiting and had to push back bathroom installers twice.”
