“Lovely tiles for my patio but the delivery was awful. First delivery: the pallet arrived and was dumped on the pavement. The driver scarpered without giving me any delivery documents, before I even had time to get out my front door. No surprise - 20% of the tiles were smashed. That left me with a whole lot of smashed tiles and a wooden pallet to dispose of. I emailed support@ and got no reply. My mistake - it should have gone to customer.service@ (I guess whoever checked the support@ address didn’t bother to forward it on). Replacement tiles were finally arranged - another pallet I was left to dispose of. I was then a couple of tiles short so ordered two extra. One arrived OK, the other completely smashed. Replacement tiles were arranged - this time via pallet delivery instead of courier. I waited home all day for the delivery but it was a no show. Two days later and I’m still waiting on it and the THIRD pallet that I will have to arrange to dispose of. Quite a few days wasted and my tiler has now disappeared off on another job. Not impressed.”
