“I had ordered 2 samples but only one arrived. Due to time constraints I ordered the tiles for the sample received. However, the second sample arrived and I really liked the colour but had already ordered my tiles. Our order arrived promptly and in good condition.”

“Tiles are of great quality. Arrived promptly but has a box of wrong colour which was replaced promptly. Replaced tiles were samples which came in 4 large individual packages. This produces a lot of extra unnecessary waste. It would have been better to have just had a single box as the previous delivery. Tiles are now laid and look amazing!!”
