“I have boxes of different sizes, seen this when tiling now my wall are looking amateurish. i am very sad. Delivery was ontime. Two boxes broken happly replaced. When started laying found different sizes.”
We appreciate your feedback and we're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've encountered with the tiles.
This tile is not rectified, and so is not trimmed after firing. This means that the tile can vary within a batch by a few mms or so. This is recognised by British Tiling Standards, and can be installed using a grout joint of 3mm or more to prevent any issues.
