“Very pleased with these tiles. They are great quality/thickness and a lovely colour and glossy texture. They look more expensive than they are. They arrived promptly on the day I requested and once I checked them that day I noticed 2x packs where broken so contacted Customer Services and got replacements the following day free of charge. “Have not opened the tiles yet as they were stacked vertically so leaving them until they are going to be installed and the tile fitters can help unpack them as if any are removed the rest are all going to fall over. There are some smashed at the bottom, but you are only given 5 days to report how many are broken, and I have no idea as we haven't been able to unpack them yet. When I called about this the girl said they will only give you 5 days so I did not even bother to complete the form that she e-mailed me. This was quite disappointing as the service and price was good, the tiles arrived really quickly, just disappointed that they only replace broken on delivery within 5 days.”
We do ask that all of our orders checked upon delivery, especially in scenarios where the delivery is not signed for as damaged. Initially, we allow 48 hours, however, this can be extended to 5 working days upon initial advice that customer has breakages. Although this is our policy, even if slightly outside of the 5-day period, we would always recommend that customers complete the claim form, as we may be able to help in other ways.
