“Tiles turned up next day after ordering thought great. Delivery driver lovely guy.
Two tiles were broken on delivery. Thought I won’t complain as can cut those ones down. Save wasting.
Tiles in the show room look completely different to how they turned up. Lots of odd wiggly patterns on some. Really disappointed in the overall look.
Had a whole pack of tiles that I did not use. So took them back. Was told I could not have a refund.
I left the whole pack there and came away.
I was not prepared to take a whole time pack with noting wrong with them to the dump. This is really bad on the environment.
I had picked out the oak vinyl flooring from the store which I needed 100mtr sq of. I won’t be purchasing from you now. Very disappointed in the tiles and my experience in the store this morning.”
