Lovely tiles - excellent quality. I’m sure they will look great. A bit disappointed with Tile Mountains flexibility though. They aren’t the correct size sadly and we asked if we could do a simple exchange. We order the correct size tiles and courier take the old tiles back to the warehouse. However, this isn’t allowed because it’s a third party courier and we have to pay to send the tiles back ourselves. I just feel with an exchange there could be a more flexible process and approach rather than making the customer payout for a courier to deliver the tiles back.

Absolutely delighted with the tiles they look amazing we bought the 600 × 600 , however there were a few hiccups on the delivery so it was a good I ordered them in plenty of time,and also one box had broken tiles in it, tile mountain did give me a 50% refund on the one box the same day. Overall I'm quite happy with them and I would use them again as they are very good value for money.

The tiles themselves were fine it was the delivery that wasn't. It took three attempts to get these. The first time they didn't show up, got a call the following day saying they were put on the wrong lorry. Re-arranged for the next convenient day only to wait in again and not have them even through I contacted Tile Mountain and was told they would be there by 5pm after supposedly speaking to the courier. The following morning I got a call from the delivery driver saying he was on his way!!

The trowel is top class as was all the after sales service associated with this order. Quite a bit of damage on delivery which was sorted immediately and the replacements arrived without question the following day. I would happily recommend this company to anyone.

Its great that you can order free samples. Delivery was quick but several packs were damaged. I ordered the recommended amount of adhesive and grout but ended up with one unused 25kg bag of adhesive. When I rang to talk about a refund I was told there was a deadline of 14 days for returns. So unless you are going to start immediately and complete work within that timeframe I would not suggest ordering adhesive/grout as you will be out of pocket. I wouldn't mind if I had made the mistake but I was following their advice!

The tiles haven’t been laid yet but they look exactly what we were looking for. Delivery however was an issue as we had numerous cracked tiles and had to order replacements not once, but twice.

We would like to apologise that you had received damage to your order on more than one occasion. When sending orders via courier, we expect our delivery service providers to take the utmost care with the tiles in transit. Several tiles arrived broken and insufficient tiles were sent , coverage on box differed to website. Customer service sorted it eventually but job was delayed and cost me money
