“Delivery arrived on time on a pallet all strapped together with 2 loose packs on the side, checked the loose tiles all good. Company came to install them and fit. Towards end of the day the i went to check how they was getting on and the tiles looked very different. Upon checking the tile boxes they had sent 2 loose packs the correct tiles the other 17 boxes were all the wrong tiles and had already been installed. Customer service said they can send out the correct tiles by this time 3/4 of the tiles was installed and would have to pay now to have the tiles lifted the base reconfigured and new tiles relaid costing me double the price. Had to settle for the wrong tiles and been sent out (2boxes) to suit the rest of the wrong tiles delivered. Overall not good!”
