“We ordered a large batch of outdoor and indoor matching ceramic tiles. We ordered 600x600. But after the external were laid we were laying the internal tiles and it then became apparent the external were significantly smaller - closer to 590x590. The company only offered to collect the internal, which would have left us without a match, then gave a discount on the cheaper internal tile, when it was the external that were wrong. Did not recognise or resolve the issue satisfactorily”
