“Really clever idea to allow customers to order 3 sample tiles. They come brilliantly packaged and are all a decent size to see the colour and/or pattern. I can lay them on my existing patio to get an idea, also I can take it to builders yards to get edging to compliment the tile. On the back there is information about the name, price and a QR code as well. Really love this idea as I am now definitely going to buy with this company and the free samples were one of the reasons for doing so.”
“I had 42 tiles delivered as expected on a palet. Driver had a motorised palet truck so could easily drop them at the top of our drive. Installed them myself (age 77!) on uneven ground using adjustable pedestals. Using a laser level makes the job easy without messing with spirit levels. Very pleased with the result including my initially sceptical wife! Many thanks”
