“BEWARE; Time mountain won’t refund any fully unused boxes back!!
I mentioned to the sales assistant that I was overbuying to avoid running out and not at any point did anyone mention they won’t take any returns! Small sign hidden on another till to say this! Now left with boxes of unused tiles. Every other tile shop takes full boxes of used tiles back. Won’t be shopping here again for rest of our house works!”
We sincerely apologise for the frustration you've experienced regarding our return policy. We strive to provide clear communication about our policies and we're sorry that this was not your experience. While we understand your disappointment with not being able to return unused boxes, we appreciate your feedback and will work to ensure it’s more noticeable in the future.
I have asked our showroom to contact you directly to resolve this with you.
Regards,
Joanna
“Absolutely love these rose tiles that we have had in our kitchen. They bring the kitchen together amazingly. Instagram inspired and perfectly put together. Tile mountain delivery was bang on time and had a courtesy call to make sure all was ok too. Will definitely use again!”
