“Sadly the colour of the tiles was more aqua than olive despite what it said on the boxes. Customer service was very efficient in responding but the whole batch in the warehouse turned out to be the same.

“Although the sample service is very quick the online colors are completely different from the samples that arrived in the post which is disappointing, I'm so glad I got samples though as the tiles would have been completely the wrong colour otherwise.”
We do try to keep all of the images up to date so that the colours are accurate. That said, the colours will differ between batches. With this in mind, we always encourage customers to order a sample and we are pleased that this service has worked for you on this occasion.
“Great service from Tile Mountain and lovely quality tiles, which were great value for money, and gave me the modern look I hoped for. However as other reviews point out, these tiles are very dark green and there is not as much variation in the colours as I was led to believe from both the pictures and my call with an adviser. Once the white grout went on they looked much better, particularly with under cupboard lighting, and overall I am pleased with them after my initial panic.”
