“I purchased tiles and they were of poor quality, non rectified all different sizes not lining up, my tiler explained what was happening to the store manager he would not accept that was anything wrong, I requested for a refund I was told to leave the store. Customer service not very good no one accepting responsibility still waiting for a reply if I’m gonna get my order refunded.”

“This store is the only one thst had the anti slip rating advertised on the product - I asked people in the diy shops and they just shrugged. They look great in our en-suite”
“These tiles are NON-RECTIFIED means all the tiles not the same differt size, so the corners don't line up, wasted time putting them up then removing them from the wall. I had to go find new tiles from elsewhere.”

“These tiles have been great to work with and whilst on the bigger side have still been easy to put up with minimal effort. They have stuck to the wall well. Adhesive takes a little longer to dry as tiles are bigger so need some patience but worth the wait! Still tiling so bathroom not finished yet but looking good so far!”
