“Very rustic look but a quality tile. Each tile is unique and has a handmade appearance. A longer and thinner tile than the usual metro offering. This gives an expensive appearance even though these tiles are sold at a very reasonable price. The white gloss finish is very nice. All tiles arrived in a perfect condition. The delivery was on time and well communicated. I highly recommend the Tile Mountain and especially these tiles.”
“Ordered the Piacenza tile for a splash back after choosing from a few samples I ordered before. The sample tiled had nicely glazed edges, but the tiles I then received for my project had a very poor finish which means I cannot complete my project as I originally had planned based on the tile sample. Very disappointed.”
We are very sorry to hear that the tiles you received did not meet your expectations, especially after reviewing the sample.
As the glaze is generally applied to the top of the tile, not all of these rustic-edged tiles will have glaze on the sides. I am very sorry, however, for any disappointment that this has caused, and have contacted you personally to see if there is anything we can do to help with this.
If there’s anything further we can do to help you with your project or resolve this, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Regards,
Joanna
“We have recently had these tiles fitted and couldn't be happier. We are very pleased with the end result, our wall is completely transformed.
Customer service is also brilliant. We had a few broken tiles delivered and they were replaced in less than 24 hours.”
“After searching locally and not finding what I was looking for I found these.
They are stunning tiles and look amazing up. I’m delighted with them.
The customer service was amazing too, really stepping up when I realised I’d under ordered and needed more quickly.
One downside is the price of delivery, though they are heavy and fragile so the delivery was very carefully managed and packaged. Perhaps justifying the price.”
“Great tiles that are very similar to moroccon zelige tiles but at a much better price, work really well especially for a kitchen backsplash. Nice bright white colour and as pictured. Delivery is also really quick- love the final look!”
“After searching in Glasgow for tiles, I found these online and they looked perfect. The pictures on the website were great in helping assure me they were what I was searching for.
I placed the order and the tiles arrived a few days later. I found two to be broken despite how thoroughly packaged they were. I contacted customer service who were fabulous in arranging replacements and also able to add some more on to the order as I had under ordered.
I've still to get them put up but I know they'll be beautiful.
Thank you for all your help.”
