“Ordered the Piacenza tile for a splash back after choosing from a few samples I ordered before. The sample tiled had nicely glazed edges, but the tiles I then received for my project had a very poor finish which means I cannot complete my project as I originally had planned based on the tile sample. Very disappointed.”
We are very sorry to hear that the tiles you received did not meet your expectations, especially after reviewing the sample.
As the glaze is generally applied to the top of the tile, not all of these rustic-edged tiles will have glaze on the sides. I am very sorry, however, for any disappointment that this has caused, and have contacted you personally to see if there is anything we can do to help with this.
