“Early days as we haven't unpacked all the tiles yet, they only arrived last night! My husband has started putting the first lot up though and we are really pleased with them!
They are a lovely colour and just what we wanted for our kitchen, quite hard to tell what colour they are until you receive a sample as there seems to be very different variations on what colour mint is from different companies!
The order process was easy, when we did ring us customer advisors were very good and the delivery man was lovely,he bought the pallet holding our order up the drive for us rather than dumping it on the kerbside and the products were well wrapped.
You do receive a two hour advance delivery notice window, the only shame was we didn't know earlier that he was coming in the evening. We could have gone out during the day without worrying about missing an update. We didn't know which depot the tiles were coming from and did ring up to ask but the advisor didn't know either!
A very professional company the delivery charges seemed pretty steep unless you are ordering over a certain value (which we did) but then again the tiles are very reasonably priced!
Would certainly recommend this company and will definately use again when we get round to re-tiling our bathroom!
