“My sample tile had a chip and looked lke it had some sort glue on the surface which I was able to wipe off.
It was cheap at 70 pence. but it looked cheap.”

“Ordered a number of sample tiles and chose this one due to the neutrral colour. Also, I liked the mirrored effect as being used in a small cloakroom and they will make it look bigger. Complemented the base units well.”
“Tiles look nice once done but be aware that the sizes fluctuate a couple mm each way and quite a few are nt square so difficult to keep lines level and parallel. You need to find a happy medium and make adjustments but thats the reason they are priced as they are.”
We are very sorry to see that you are unhappy with the tiles.
We would always advise letting us know of any problems as soon as they become apparent, as we do always want to try to assist our customers in any way that we can. We cannot, however, see that this has been reported to us until now.
That said, we do still want to try to help, so if there is anything that we can do to assist please let us know on 01782 223822 or at customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk
“The tiles are gorgeous and timeless, they have a slight texture to them, like zellige tiles so look amazing on the wall, really delighted with the service too, delivery was quick, and they were cheaper than other options I looked at elsewhere.”
