We are sorry to see that you have experienced some problems with your tiles.
These tiles are not rectified, so we would recommend a grout joint of 3mm or more to accommodate this. We are sorry, however, if this caused you any difficulty, and would always recommend contacting us as soon as a problem becomes apparent so that we can help to fix things for you.
