“Tiles were great. An unusual size and thin, perfect as splash to our downstairs cloak room. However 2 of the 4 were broken on delivery. So bought thicker and larger tiles from Wickes and hired a diamond cutter!”

I am sorry to see that you are not happy with the tiles, and that you have received some damages to your order.
While I can see that replacements have been sent for the damages, I understand the frustration that this can cause, and apologise again for that.
The tiles are gloss and not polished, so will be shiny, but will not have the mirror-finish that polished tiles have. If you are still concerned, however, please email some images to customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk, and we can look into that for you.
